Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
RE: I have made myself use to this system where every morning i wakeup i have to check my phone for any message or missed calls.
So on this cool morning i wokeup and check my phone and there was my transfer message from givedirectly.
When i saw the money i was so excitement that i was just laughing and smiling because it shock me upon seeing the money, especially with the thought of it being free.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
RE: The biggest difference in my live at the moment is the happiness am feeling right now.
I can't still imagining myself about to build a house of my own, which is a very big deal for me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: I spend the most of my recent transfer on purchasing zinc for the construction of my own house.
I also spend the rest on purchasing my goods for addition to my business. I have been selling gas and soap for living for years so adding my business up is a priority for me.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am presently doing small businesses to sustain my family and children, if I am bless to benefit from this Cash transfer from GD, i am doing directly into business activities to increase my productivity.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For past six months I have been happy because my small business has been doing well in terms of profit. But most importantly, the arrival of Give Directly brought me joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Some of the challenges I am face with right now is the hard labor work that I am also involved with. I do agricultural and sell the product, and that's very hard for me as a lady. My husband is a lazy man, and I have to do most of the work because he is not available now.
