I used the last transfer to do some finishing on my new house such as plastering the entire house. The rest of the money was used in paying school fees for my children.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent a portion of my second transfer on building materials which I used in extending the tiny house that I had before. I felt a lot of shame welcoming my visitors in that house which could not accommodate a large number of people. In addition to this, I purchased a set of sofa to match the newly extended renovated house. I am so happy that the house has become so neat and appealing to many people's eyes.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my own opinion, Give Directly has worked so well in ensuring that the money is given to the extreme poor. One area that I need to request Give Directly to check on next time it is working in another region is the elimination of male recipients from the program since most of them misuse the transfers.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Were it not for the transfer, I would not have managed to extend my house which I had occupied for so many years while in the same state.
