How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money from Give Directly I was really happy until I started dancing. I am a widow, I struggled to make my living from farming.
My mother and I live together and I am the only person caring for her, Because she is very sick. My house is very old with thatch roof, During raining season there are leakages in the entire house.
The leaking roof make the house wet and cold.
I want to build a new house so my mother and I can have a better place to stayed.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
There has been a huge difference in my life since I started receiving transfer fund from GiveDirectly. I used to worried about building a better shelter for my mother and I.
The house we lived in, is in a very bad condition, During raining season we experienced lot of leakages.
Now that Give Directly have started sending me money I will build my own house and cater to my sick mother.
