How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goals didn't not change as before the things i bought with this transfer are the same things i wanted so bad in my life.

I believe Givedirectly is very helpful organization i thinks it conducts ist activities in the very organized manner

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so glad to have been enrolled in this programme. When i got my transfer i danced to the neighbouring compound. I had never held such an amount of money in my whole life
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I used to go out look for piece works so that we can find food and afford basic needs in our home. Today that is not the case. I have my own land i farm on and have enough food and my children have clothes.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my transfer to buy 10 ironsheets which i will use when i build my house next year. I also bought 7 bags of maize for food. I bought clothes for my children and i and i bought duvets to use in the cold seasons. I also rented out land to cultivate on this farming season

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will mean alot to me such that my life will never be the same again.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past six months, we were lucky to have some money that helped us to buy some food items as well as medication for my daughter, but now , we are really struggling to find food because the money was not enough.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently we are struggling to find medication for my daughter who is mentally ill, we are unable to continue going to mangochi hospital for treatment aswel.
