How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal was to add my business up and I also decided to buy additional building materials for my house project that is in progress.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly does everything well, they are a blessing to us!

My recent transfer was spent on additional building materials, additional goods (gas) for my business and the remaining portion was spent on my children fees.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have been thinking about building a modern house with zinc.I am living in a tarch house with my family for ten years ago. I never had finance to build my house. I was cutting palm and farming. I was also a daily hired on my friend's motorbike. My children were not going to school because my little hustle was not sufficient to solve all our problems. Life was so difficult on me. GiveDirectly have given me money to reduced my stressed and solve my worries.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly help me with unconditional cash to sustain I and my family. They always coming follow up on me to know if I'm putting my transfer in good use. GiveDirectly have not done anything bad to me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I paid my children school fees and bought more goods to my existing business.I bought food for my home.I also bought two bundles of zinc and zinc nails which cost one hundred ands thirty United States Dollars. Lastly was able to buy a second handed motorbike with my transfer.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My house condition has been a huge burden on my heart. I live in a tatch house, and we all know that mud houses with tatch depreciates faster. When I received my first transfer, I decided to set up a petit business to enable me sustain my family, but I also thought, that it will be wise if I maximize the remaining transfers, then a down on me that having a decent house with a long lasting roof (zink) will be a great help for my family and I, so my new goal was to have my own decent place to lay my head.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I love everything that Give Directly does, they are people of integrity and I love them for that. I don't see anything that they don't do well.

I bought zink, nail, and other items for the construction of my new house. I also use portion of the money to buy some cooking utensils and provisions for my family and I.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very excited when I received the alert on my phone, I was like wow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I felt relief, my business is up now and I'm able to pay my susu without stress.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I'm living in a house that has no zinc and it's not decent, I used some of the money to buy zinc to improve my house roofing. I also had a struggling business, which I use to pay susu from and it was weighing my hands financially, this transfer also help me greatly to add my goods (gas) up.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I received this money, i will find means to cut stakes in the bush and buy zinc and nail to build my house, also to give my woman market money and also to send my children to school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last 6 months, nothing make me happy. Only because I see y'all today, I feel fine; because the things you explain to me about the money business.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Raining season time, the house can be leaking and i don't have money to fix it. I can go in the bush to cut palm and fixed it out of oil, before I can get money to buy food for my family and soap to wash clothes.
