What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on renovating my house because it was soon falling due to the weak walls and the leaky roof. I also stocked food to eat.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would've died of hunger because I had no way out since I no longer work due to my old age however my life is different because i managed to stock food(Sacks of posho) so I am still surviving because i received transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by giving us money and letting each of us decide how to use it.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my second transfer to construct a brick wall house as i was sleeping in a house made of mud. I also bought some food in preparation for the dry season
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life wa stocking food to eat in drought. Many people are suffering to look for what to eat but thanks to GD, i am not among them

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying beddings since i didn't have and as an old woman I need warm and soft beddings. I also food to overcome the famine at hand.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
Am planning to spend my upcoming transfer on buying food since the season was very bad for us. I also want to repair my house and buy a door for security reasons.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend the cash transfer on constructing iron roofed house for me and my grandchild, the one i have always leaks whenever it rains.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I did have hens and cocks, the sale from eggs and other chicken i could use it for buying basic needs like salt and soap for myself.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have ever faced in my life is the leaking house that may collapse on me any time especially whenever it rains,this always disorganises me and my grandchild.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during evening hours when am chatting with my grandchildren.
