What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on completing the construction of my house which I had started on with the second transfer. I also stocked food to eat because we were suffering due to famine.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would've died of hunger since I can no longer work to get what to eat due to old age however my life is different because i managed to stock food that will last me a long time and I also got a house that I can stay in during my last days on earth and its all because i received transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by giving us unconditional transfers.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying a mattress and beddings so that I can sleep comfortably. I also bought construction materials in preparation for building a new house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is sleeping comfortably on the new mattress and beddings which I bought using the transfers.

The moment when I received my money i felt happy because I was not expecting to get that much money and we had no food because of the long dry season. So it was very timely when it came

I am planning to spend my transfer on enlarging and renovate my house. Secondly pay school fees for my grandchildren.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of are my children because they are always taking care of me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was when my ex husband sold all the things we had bought together as a couple like land and livestock.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening sitted with my grandchildren having a meal together.
