How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
At my advanced age,I am overjoyed that GiveDirectly came to my rescue because the cash transfers were spent on my medical treatment. My health is better now because I can access medication and buy foods which have improved my nutrition. I am so happy that the cash transfer was also spent on plastering the inside walls of my house. However, in the past I had no access to medical treatment. I would endure sickness and pain for a long time before I could be given treatment. My feeding too was hard. I did not have money to purchase the foods that I yearned for. I am so glad that with the cash transfers, I saved money that I spend on purchasing food whenever I need to change my diet.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly did well to give me the cash transfers that have helped me at my old age. Personally, I am very happy for what GiveDirectly does. There is no wrong that GiveDirectly has done to me, unless someone else has their own bad feelings about GiveDirectly.

I bought a cow with part of my second cash transfer. Then part of the cash transfer was spent on my medical treatment. I have the balance of UGX 600,000 that I plan to spend on buying food since I am old now.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that,I'm now happy because I have got money which I use to support myself.

The biggest hardship i have faced is multiple diseases like Heart problem, hip joint fracture and recurring headache.
