What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the third transfer to renovate my house because it was mud house and at the same time it was too small to fit my big family. I'm now happy the house is spacious enough to fit my family. The house is now neat too and I do not have to repair it after every rainy season because I plastered it which is a long-term solution.
