How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The transfer i have received from GiveDirectly has transformed my life because now i have managed to build a new house with doors, window grasses, cement floor and iron sheets roof. This would not have been possible had i never received the transfer
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly did well on giving out huge amounts of money and allowing recipients to spend in any way they wanted, except other things which were not advisable such as drinking, use on things that would be detriment to lives of others and the recipient. On what it does not do well, i can say that the time period is just too short because two months is not enough to transform recipients lives wholly

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I remember the moment I saw the message that i have received money from Givedirectly that i was almost shocked because i couldn't believe what i saw that day , this has never ever happened in my life before.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Lately me and my family's everyday lives have changed so much since receiving money from Givedirectly because we have enough food, i bought mattress and am sleeping comfortably. At the moment am in the process of building a new decent house so in doing that i will be sleeping comfortably and unfearful that the house might collapse on us

Receiving this money means this organization is helping us by enabling us to buy things we don't have like food and iron sheets so we can fix our roof

The happiest part of my day is when I'm with my family after a long day of work and we are eating and talking about the day
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is finding work in the village that can earn me a descent living to sustain my family and myself. I've done alot of jobs but none that could make me the money I needed to support my family
