How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I hope to increase the size of my farm. I want to hire more people to enlarge my farm. Enlarging the farm will help me generate more money. Proceed generated from the products of the farm, will be used to complete our house we have already started.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Of all what GiveDirectly do that I love, I highly appreciate the aspect that the money isn't passed through any third party, the money is directly delivered to us.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The little money generated from the subsistence farming we do isn't sufficient for the upkeep of the family. Moreover, the farming work is really hard. The recent money we received from GiveDirectly, was used to start a business for my husband and I. The business will help to generate more money for my family and I which will help us generate more money for our upkeep.
