How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is now different because i have bought enough maize for food than before the transfer when there was acute food shortage in my family. I have also purchased fertilizer which i am going to apply to my crops come agriculture season and have started rearing goats. All these have been possible with transfer from Givedirectly and i thank you very much for your initiative, please continue reaching out to vulnerable fox until poverty is eradicated
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has brought positive change to our community. Most of us here had never received such a huge amount of aid and it is new in this area. The good thing is many people have benefited regardless of race or cultural affiliation. Therefore to me all went well
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my transfer on 3 bags of fertilizer at MK32000 each to be used in this year's growing season, 5 bags of maize for food at MK10000 each, 1 goat for rearing at MK25000 and saved some amount for hiring casual labor for my garden and other day to day expenses
