My new goal is to build my house. My current house is old and I need a better place to live

Givedirectly does well in helping people improve their lives. They know how to give poor people money. There is nothing they are not doing well at the moment

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build a two rooms apartment and roof the current house I'm leaving in.

Givedirectly is doing well, because they sent my money on time and I always received my full amount.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I am a window. During the past years my husband and I were engaged into making large farm to sustain our family , but he is late. Since I am not too young to make large portion of farm, when I receive this money I will use some to sent my grandchildren to school. I will give some to my oldest son to invest into business to enable him take good care of me when I am no longer able to farm."
What is the happiest part of your day?
I lost two of my grandchildren few months ago. Upon hearing that two of my children give birth at the same time brought great joy again to me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My greatest challenges had been finding it difficult to get food most of the time, because during the past years when my husband was alive we were able to make large portions of farm to sustain the family. Since his death I been facing constrain to provide for my family alone.
