Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money was around 7:00 Am and was preparing to go and herd my cattle.I couldn't read the message so my grandchild read it for me and surely I couldn't hide the joy in my heart since I saw part of my problems going away.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My wife fell ill a month ago and was diagnosed with Leukemia and had to be admitted to a hospital in Eldoret. I had no option but to sell part of my land for her to be admitted and start treatment. This has been the norm and we have to fundraise as a family since the hospital charge KES 10000 every week for drugs. Receiving this money will enable me to pay for three treatment sessions with KES 30000 and save the remaining amount by acquiring assets such as a cow and some goats that will be of benefit in the future and will take care of her treatment.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The greatest joy that I have is enjoying good health and being taken care of by my children how that I am old. They have supported my wife and me so much and I am grateful.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenge that I am currently facing is the lack of sufficient income. I was a farmer before I retired due to my old age and used to trade my produce in markets. I cannot do any farming now because I have divided my land amongst my children and rely on them to buy me food and other necessities.
