How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm no-longer stressed because around this time when children are returning to school I would be so stressed wondering where I could raise school fees for my children. There's also happiness as part of my daily life because I have also bought my cow that in future will help me with the school fees problem.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly has done a tremendous to help us with transfers which have enabled us cater for so many needs like School fees, others have built houses, bought livestock, Farmland and started businesses. The way Give Directly operates by conducting interviews with community members to establish whether they are helping the right people who need these transfer caught my eyes because it is a unique way of operations. However, In my own opinion Give Directly did everything well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfer to pay school fees for my children and bought livestock. School fees ugx 1000000, Livestock ugx 600000 and feeding ugx 33000.
