What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on house finishing for 35,000 KES including plastering the floor and fixing windows, which we had stayed without for about 2 years due to Secondary school fee burden, and In fact I used to cover the window holes with pieces of carton. Before GD grants we often got sick as a result of mosquito bites. This is why completion of the house was an urgent matter. I also paid Secondary school fee for our child for 10,000 KES, , bought a bag of dry corn for family consumption for 3,000 KES since corn harvest during the previous season and we did not have enough to eat.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I was able to finish my house and got free from dust. Living in a dusty house had a number of challenges: breeding ground for pests, infections such as flu were the order of the day, but thanks to GD, I no longer have to do the frequent repair of the house using local materials and we are free from infections.
