How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life difference if l could not have gotten the money is that l could still have been staying in a very small uncomfortable house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion give directly did well but using Empesa as a means of sending the transfer since it is more convenient.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the transfer to build a kitchen and now my children have a place to spend their night, they no longer spend their night at the neighbor's house. I also spent the transfer to buy furniture since l did not have enough furniture. The remaining balance l spent to pay school fee for my children.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on building a decent spacious house into two roomed house which accommodates my family members and now I have peace at heart since I no longer face the challenge of staying in a leaky house which could give me sleepiness night when it rains as I had to move my beds and my children to avoid them to be soaked in water.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer,I felt very happy since I was certain of accomplishing my goal of living in a decent spacious house with newly shiny roof since for 10 years now I have been staying in a leaky house which when it rains I had to stay the whole night moving my bedding and my children's to avoid them being soaked in water. Thanks to GiveDirectly for coming my way.
