What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on buying a small piece of land that I can use to build my own house, I will use part of the transfer to pay fee balance for my eldest son who sat for his secondary school exams in 2003 but I have not cleared his fee so he did not get his certificate and that makes him not to get a job and the remaining amount I will spend on taking my grandson to hospital as he has a certain growth on his body and it needs an operation which requires cash.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is that I have struggled to raise my kids after the death of my husband by doing casual jobs like washing clothes for other people so that I can support them and this I have done without giving up.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that am not living in peace in my family land as they usually beat me and want me to leave their land and this is because my husband died and I have no one to defend me. This is why if I get the cash my priority will be to buy some land so that I can move.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is that when I am alone in the evening, I like calling my kids who are staying in other towns in Kenya and this gives me peace to know that they are ok wherever they are.
