What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of my third transfer to buy sand and cement which I have used to renovate the house I was living because I am sickly and cannot continuously smear my house with cowdung. The remaining amount, I spent to pay school fees for my grandchild who is an orphan and solely depends on me.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the second transfer to plaster my house since its wall was almost collapsing down. The remaining balance l spent to pay school fee for my child who is in secondary school.

Th biggest difference in my daily life is that, l am now staying in a nice comfortable house where l do not need to worry that it can fall down any time.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is that I am HIV positive. I am not able to do as much as I used to do, in terms of casual jobs due to my low immunity.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when relaxing with my grandchildren. I love them so much.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am grateful to Give Directly for this amazing cash transfer program, it's like manna from heaven. My priority is for my children and grandchildren to get an education, it's the key to all kinds of success.
