Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new or additional goal for my life for the next four months is to lease a piece of land for cultivation. I majorly depend on farming for livelihood and this is the reason why I want to invest in farming. I believe if this goes well as I am thinking I will get a bumper harvest. Having enough food is very good because I will be in a position to sell the surplus to get money to stabilize my family financially.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I thank Give Directly for coming, simply because they have relieved me from school fees burden which was my major challenge and this is the biggest difference in my daily life. Since I started receiving my transfers from Give Directly I have been using it to pay fees for my children hence they have never been sent home for fee balances unlike before. In addition, seeing my children accessing education without much difficulty makes me very thus I am living a peaceful life.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I have a lot of financial challenges in my family, thus I am working extra hard to look for various ways to ensure I reduce the financial burden I have. I have school-going children both in primary and secondary, thus I still have fees burden. Having thought of leasing land farming probably could give a solution. In the next six months, I expect to have a bumper harvest thus I will be selling the surplus when prices shoot up.
