I spent my second transfer on constructing a pit latrine, something I had not gotten an opportunity to do due to shortage of funds. For that reason, I survived majorly on the neighbors latrine which again I felt very uncomfortable with. Other than that, I paid school fees for my children who were in an academy that was somehow costly despite offering the best training.

The biggest difference that I may attest having experienced is the ownership of a pit latrine that I longed for a long period of time but due to poverty, I could not afford having one.
