Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the changed and improved standard of living in my house. This is through the items I bought such as bed, mattresses, utensils, clothing and the food I stocked. Prior to getting this money, my family and I had to toil to see to it that we at least have a meal and when it fails, we go without any food for the day. In addition to this we slept on hipped clothes as a bed since we had no bed and mattresses at that time.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, as other people, I felt so happy that together we made joyous noise.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy a bull at Ugx 900000. I then used the balance of my transfer and bought some household items such as a bed, two mattresses, clothing, and feeding.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to buy a piece of land that I can cultivate and get food to feed my family. I am not able to cultivate as I would wish to because the space that is a vailable is small. It is for this reason that I have always had food shortage in my home.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the noon time when I am at home with my children. It is good seeing them play.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of land for cultivation. The piece of land that is available for use is too small to accommodate all members yet it has to be shared. Buying land is one thing that has always been running through my mind yet I have never had the opportunity to do so because there is no money. My husband and I try to work hard so as to raise some money for hire of land for cultivation but this is never reliable. It involves selling the little harvest that could be used to feed the family hence food shortage.
