What did you spend your third transfer on?

I spent my second transfer on building an iron roofed house, bought a bicycle at 5,000 KES, paid 15,000 KES school fee for my grandchild in high school then used the rest of the cash on daily needs for my house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now have a very spacious and stable house where I can easily keep my belongings. I also have a bicycle which my grandchild uses to fetch water for the house hence I don't strain carrying water on my head with my old age. Thanks to GiveDirectly.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on Secondary school fee top up for my grandchild who is under my care (4,000 KES) , 6 seat cushions that I was badly in need of (1,800 KES) and the balance on dry corn and assorted food items.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I had just come back from an evening Church meeting. I felt overjoyed , since there was absolutely no food in my house and we were going to sleep hungry that night due to lack of money. With the transfer, I felt confident enough and managed to borrow some food to cook that night and promising to make good the following day. Thank you.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of enough money to pay school fees for my grandchild who is in secondary school. If I am unable to raise the required amount he may have to defer his studies.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is around midday when I am relaxing with my friends. We often crack jokes and this makes me very happy.
