What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on school fees and a house. I used my transfer to pay school fees for my 3 children because the school term had started and I didn't have their school fees. I also plastered my house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The transfer has helped me to have my own house from my brother's kitchen and my children are in schools because I ma able to pay their school fees. Therefore, my life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The sensitization about the program was good, the good communication from GiveDirectly officers and the free phones and money GiveDirectly gives us make a big difference in our lives

I used my second transfer to renovate my house which was in a very poor state. It was leaking and had a bad floor that i have renovated.

The biggest difference in my daily life is having a better house to leave in that i could never have managed on my own

I am planning to spend my transfer on improving the quality of my house. I want to put windows, door and also buy a mattress.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I used to rear cattle which helped me pay dowery for my former wife. That's the achievement I am proudest of.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is having a disease called Anierh. This pains a lot and makes my working life hard.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is morning hours. This is because I get time and find strength to dig from which I make ends meet.
