What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my third transfer on building a decent traditional house ''simba'' for my son where my five children are now sleeping in plus my grandchildren. I am happy and peaceful at heart since I no longer worry for my children safety since before the transfer they used to borrowing sleeping places at my neighbors and in the process they could indulge in night parties as a result my daughter got pregnant at earlier age .I also bought sofa set seat and bedding for my children too .

The biggest differences in my daily life are I have a peace of mind and happiness since I have cultivated my farm on time with the first transfer and at the end of this harvesting season I am assured of food security for my household. I have also expanded my house into a spacious three roomed house which I have been long for in a long time and due to financial in-capabilities I couldn't make this plan into a reality.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I used most of it to buy bedding for my children since they were sleeping on rags before. I then used the balance to buy 1 sack of maize and other foodstuffs for my family as we did not have enough food in the house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I felt excited since this was going to redeem my family from the shame of using rags as bedding and also save as from the famine whose effect we had started feeling so strongly.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship currently is hunger, lack of water and school fees. This prolonged drought is so unbearable.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is at night. It is this time that I get to relax after a long day of work, work, work.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is a blessing to me. My children lack beddings, this first installment I will use it on buying them beddings. The second installment I'll use it to expand my house, build a small hut for my aged son and the rest to start up a small business that I believe will take me along way.
