What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I started digging and constructing a permanent latrine. I opted for this since it has been long since we have been depending on open defecation which we consider unhealthy too. I am looking forward to acquiring an improved sanitation courtesy of Give Directly.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that Give Directly has made it possible for me to achieve my dreams. I had been dreaming of having a latrine and a house with a burglar proof door but due to poverty, all these remained a mirage in my life. For instance, we have been depending on open defecation, which was very risky and unhealthy to our lives but now, I am certain that before the year ends, we shall have switched to a permanent latrine.
