What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of the transfer to built a new iron roofed house. Gave my spouse some money to invest in maize business. I also paid my two children in high school fee.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I now have my two bulls for farming activities. This see me farm my land in good time and consequently high output.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GD does well is that it uplifts the lives of the poor in the community. At the moment, I'm not sure of what GD doesn't do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on purchasing iron sheets hoping to build a traditional house for my son, bought two sacks of maize for the family consumption and paid school fees for my child who is in high school. I also gave my wife part of the money to invest in the ongoing business and spent the larger percentage of the amount on purchasing three bulls that would help in preparing my parcel of land.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I use my time well, I am now busy taking care of the three bulls that I bought using the second transfer.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy a bag of maize since the previous harvest was not good enough and we needed food, I then bought two sheep to keep in the pen and then paid school fees for my child in secondary school.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to buy two bulls that I will use to plough my farm since that is my main occupation and the bulls will ease my work on the farm.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to build a new house because our house was destroyed by floods. Secondly l wish to open up a business for my wife inoder to substitute my source of income. Finally l would like to buy household items for my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled to buy a goat to act as security incase of any emergency.

My biggest hardship in life is lack low source of income to support my family.

My happiest part of the day is after doing some work and earning some money to buy food for my family.
