My daily life is different because my heart is filled with joy and happiness. Even though i'm sick but I feel so relieved now because of this money in that I will do so many things with this transfer. For example I can seek medical attention and above all I'm soon starting house construction once my son returns home from school to help oversee and purchase building materials.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy for the help GiveDirectly granted me this is because I have been living in extreme poverty. This transfers will transform my well being from sleeping in a grass thatched hut to Iron roofed house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I will plaster my house that I'm living in. The floor is not good and rats will start digging holes in the floor if it is not plastered. The balance of the money will be used to purchase a cow that will produce milk for home consumption.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is morning. When I wake up early and there is no pain in my body, this makes me happy because I will be able to go to my garden to dig.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I'm currently facing is sickness. The sickness has prevented me from fully engaging myself in garden work.
