What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building a decent spacious three roomed house since the house I was staying in before the transfer was small old and when we were in it with my family we were afraid t of it collapsing at any time
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest differences in my daily life are I have managed to build a decent spacious three roomed house which I have been longing for in a long time and due to the fact that I didn't have finances to construct it, I was staying in a small old house which was almost collapsing.I have also started a small retail business and now I am more self- reliant as I get profits to support my family's basic needs comfortably.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my transfer on ploughing my farm land which I had not farmed on since 2 years ago due to lack of money. I paid school fees for my children and spent the remaining money on food.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I received my money while I was coming from my mother in- laws house to borrow food which I was to cook for my family. I felt so light headed that I thought I could literally fly out of excitement. God bless GiveDirectly.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use the transfers in buying cattle, building a new house and purchasing household items.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I have managed to feed my family members so well without begging from the neighbors ever since my husband passed away, I'm proud to see them grow healthy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Sometimes back when I was expectant I faced a lot of challenges, my elder daughter got burnt while at school , my house fell down and that is the same night I delivered a baby. I was so confused,I cried in pain and appeared totally desperate that I had nothing to do as my husband was then unwell but I left everything in the hands of God.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I'm back from labor work with a cash for daily bread, this is so because my children are then assured of not sleeping hungry.
