How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life currently has really changed. Comparing it with how it was four months ago, I can see a lot of good things which have come to be. Initially I was struggling to settle school fees at the same time settling my medical bills which was so hard. I am happy now that three of my sons and one daughter have comoleted their studies and waiting to graduate soon. Payment of school fees for the last son who is still in school has now become easier and seeking medication is also easier since I have been able to obtain a medical card which I have been funding every month.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Despite the fact that I have not been feeling well and have been working hard to ensure that I raise enough money to gather for the medical fee and serve other ongoing projects. I also have a new goal to start a brick making and selling business. This will be a great source of income which will help in both serving the household requirements and also payment of the school fees.

My son is doing well in school and at least we have peace in our household.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
When I started receiving these transfers, I was not in perfect health and it took GiveDirectly transfers to be able to seek for medical attention. My hands were aching most of the times and this could not allow me to perform heavy duties. Being a person that relies solely on casual labour, life was very difficult for me. I have since been able to seek medication and I am getting better each day. The kind of medicine that was prescribed to me is quite expensive and GiveDirectly transfers have always helped me meet the cost. I can now engage in any form of casual labour and this has made it easier for me to provide food for my family.
