What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on paying school fees do my children since it was time for them to resume school after holidays. I also bought land on which i am to plant sugarcane on a large scale.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I would have suffered from pressure due to too much thoughts stemming from poverty that i was facing before the transfers however I no longer worry about all that ever since I received transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD does well to give us financial support especially money that comes out of nowhere since we don't work to earn it.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my transfer to buy house hold untensils for my house to look beautiful. I also bought some food since it was dry season and all the gardens were dry
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life was getting food for my family as the gardens were dry and we didnt have what to eat

My toilet(pit latrine) was full and we had no where to go so I used my first transfer to build a flashing toilet since its more easy to maintain.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy and excited when I received the money that my wife and I prepared a buffet that night and feasted in celebration.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on cementing my house and the balance I will use it to pay school fees for my children.

The proudest achievement in my life is constructing mental house, this enabled me to shift my family from mud house.

The biggest hardship I am facing currently is providing basic needs especially feeding is hard because my income is too low.

My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I am conversing with my wife.
