Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy because I knew they others had thought about and that they still remember me. I did not expect that I would actually recieve the money I was beyond joyful.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I was very happy because my life has now changed . I have a now good house. I nolonger have to worry about my house falling down now I have a have a good house.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought iron sheets 25 and 12 bags of cement so that I renovate my house. One side was failing down so the money has helped to do this. I went and bought 3 bags of fertilizer for my garden as I did not have any fertilizer before . I bought 5 of maize us I had run out of maize for my home. I went on to buy groceries for my home as we did any essential groceries. I also went and gave some of the money to my children to buy some clothes as they did not have any decent clothes.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money is going to help us alot, we did not expect that we would receive such money. We are going to start a small business with some of the money and the rest will be used to renovate our house.

Lately it has been hard to find some work, so buying basic needs such as food for us has been difficult.
