How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: Yes i do have some new goals. Some of the goals i have for this givedirectly cash transfer was to startup few businesses, build a new house for my household and i.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: In my opinion, givedirectly is doing very well. Because of givedirectly cash transfer program i now have two different businesses of my own and am about to start my house construction process after the rainy season.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: We spend the most of our recent transfer on purchasing motorbike. The motorbike is use for transport business which my spouse is operating as of now. We also start up a mini business at home which am operating directly. The incomes from the business at home is being use for food and other basic needs of our family.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't having new goals before receiving this transfer, I'm my husband decided to establish a new business in this town for that reason we open shop in this town for business purpose.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Firstly i want to tell the entire Teams from Give Directly thank you for the level of opportunities giving to me and my family's; right now I'm a entrepreneur running my own min business in this town. I'm my family's don't having anything on my mind that GD did that is not well.

I'm planning to build one bed room apartment with shop attach to it for my business growth; I'm deciding to purchase zinc and others house materials for the construction of my house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was at the clinic taking my prenatal treatment when my massage came. I was happy after reading the text. It give me hope that my unborn child will have a bright future.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life is I am handling my own cash. I no longer depend on my husband pocket to get money. Am so happy and indebted GD for putting me on my feet that I can feed my home on time.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With the money I received from GD, I used ninty percent of it to buy goods for my shop. The balance money I used it to buy rice and transport myself home.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"This academic year my children are not in school due to lack of finance, so when I receive my transfer from GiveDirectly, portion of it will be use to send my children to school and the remaining amount will be use to buy goods for my shop".
What is the happiest part of your day?
"My family and I never experienced any form of illness in the past months, and hearing about the cash that I am about to receive from GiveDirectly has brought me so much joy, because my family is about to live a better life".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The greatest challenge I am facing is getting money to pay my children tuition fees. Even though my household is involved into farming, but the proceeds from the farm is not enough to pay my children school fees".
