How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The only plans that I have now are to get finished with my house. I'm also thinking of starting a business that will help me out. I have been living in this old house. my children are been out of school because I do not have money to send them to school. with givedirectly transfer, all of my children are back to school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly doing great things for me and my family. they are doing great things in the lives of my people. with givedirectly transfer, my entire village has changed. I'm grateful for this great opportunity.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The most recent transfer that I just received I'm about to complete my house. I'm also thinking of starting a business that will help me. I bought the last building materials that I'm going to use for the completion of my house. I put my children back to school and even bought the house some provisions.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal I have set before receiving this transfer is to invest my recent tranfer into making petty business. I want to start selling fish . Many families find it difficult to purchase fish in this community for eating. Thanks to Givedirectly for empowering me financially. I was living in Monrovia but due to hardship, I moved to this village to stay with my family and hustle. I am overjoyed for the surprise Givedirectly brought to me. I believe that with thIs transfer, I am going to be a successful business woman in this village.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is an Organization that believe in helping to improve the lives of the poor. Through Givedirectly cash support, More people in our community are building houses , while some are improving their houses. Thanks to Givedirectly for the financial support. There is no system in Givedirectly approach of work that needs improvement
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my most recent recent transfer to buy one bundle of zinc and pay one engineer to start building my house. The balance of my transfer had been kept in to saving for business purpose. I am grateful to Givedirectly for the cash support. Receiving this transfer from Givedirectly still seems like a dream to me. I will forever remember Givedirectly for the cash support.I was completely broken down in this village because of hardship but I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, my dreamed to live a better life will soon come to pass.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal that i have now is that I'm thinking about building a house. I just bought the balance zinc to complete my house project. I also pay my children tuition.the balance transfer I'm keeping it to add it on the next transfer to complete my house. I been wishing to build a house with zinc and cement. With givedirectly transfer my dream is about to come to reality.

GiveDirectly has done great things for me and my family. Life has been very difficult for me and my family. But with the help from GiveDirectly I'm now able to build my house. I just completed my children tuition.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was cooking infront of my house when I first received a message with a huge amount of money in it . I was very much happy and rejoicing that day, I later show the message to my husband, we both started rejoicing. I was happy because I haven't given such money for free before. Before than I used to farm the whole day just to get money to paid my children school fees. To even get food for my family used to be very difficult for me. I am glade that I was enrolled on this program. And I'm thankful to GiveDirectly for their support.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Now I'm able to buy a big mattress for myself, because I was not having mattress at all, we used to sleep on mat at night. I am so happy that my life is changing for the better. I am able to paid my children school fees now due to the support of givedirectly, and now I also have money saving for my family.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I received my transfer I bought 10inches mattress for my room. I used part of my transfer to paid my children school fees, I also bought enough foodstuff that will carry us for the whole month. The rest of the money I'm saving it for futures business. My life back than has been very difficult. I will farm the whole day just to get food for my children. I thank God that givedirectly has changed my life.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I want to complete my house that I'm building and to start a business. Because my children and grandchild don't have place (house ) to sleep in this town. The business will help me to provide for my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I'm well and i have life. That's what brought me joy and happiness. Because i was very sick and God help me to me okay.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current challenge is finance. I don't have money to provide for my family. We only depend on farming and sometimes the crops we plant don't grow well.
