How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Previously, we were staying at our uncle's piece of land, my spouse didn't have land of his own. When we received our first transfer, we decided to deposit for a piece of land and upon getting the second transfer, it enabled us complete payment of the land. We have moved to our piece of land and the money that remained was spent to buy household items that helped us start up life in our new home.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well to give me cash that I spent for my a piece of land that I have built my home.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay for a piece of land, purchased household items, a hen, 2 Jerry cans, a solar and paid for transport.
