What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on construction of a kitchen (8,000 KES), seats (14,000 KES) and bought and and cement to be used in plastering my house(28,000 KES) once I get more money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my house is already looking good since I bought seats that I never used to have , courtesy of GD.Two, I have acquired a kitchen that I cook from and that my bigger children sleep in at night.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
With my first transfer, I bought a sack of maize @5000 Kes and bought school requirements ( uniform, shoes, bags and books) @3000 Kes. I then spent the rest of the money on buying food.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the transfer, I felt very happy and I thanked God because I knew I was going to be able to put some food on the table for my family again. Thanks to GD.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is hunger, it has been so dry and last planting season I was not able to get anything from the farm, this has made me suffer because at times I lack even food to it.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is usually in the morning whenever I wake up and see all my family members alive.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I was told that I would be a recipient of this money I was so excited because it would be the first time ever for me to receive an aid from any NGO despite all the shortfalls that I have.
