How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
my life is different now because i am able to build a big house. i stay in a small house, there is no privacy with my children who are grown up because they sleep in a sitting room. when i received my transfers all i wanted was a big house, i have started building a big house so that my children can have their own rooms.

i feel like the organisation does everything well and i can not identify something that is not done well.
