How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goal. From the genesis of GiveDirectly enrollment, my plan was to build a house, send my husband five(5) children to school, as well as sponsor myself in school. So far, that's exactly what I've been doing.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is a huge blessing to us in the rural part of Liberia, especially here in River Gee(Julowarken). Because of GiveDirectly, I can proudly say I'm about to be a house owner and I'm able to pay my children tuition.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Have not used my most recent transfer yet; I'm saving it to buy zinc and other building materials to start my house project. I already bought few building materials, so I used the last transfer to get the remaining materials needed.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"First of all, I would enroll all of my kids in school because they are not in school at the moment. Myself, I am a student, so I will also enroll myself becuase I have just two more years to complete secondary school. Secondly, I'll build a house in the city for my children's future. Few years from now, I would love to see myself out of this town. Therefore, preparing my children's future is so essential. That's why I'm looking forward to receiving Give Directly Cash Transfer."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"I'm mostly happy for my life and the fact that in the last six months I haven't gotten any bad news concerning my family members. I'm also excited for Give Directly arrival and this whole cash transfer news! Other than that, nothing special has happened for me in recent times."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"I'm mainly challenged with my children fees at the moment because I'm not selling anymore because of the famine. Food prices are on the increase because of the bad road connectivity in this county. It makes it so difficult for us as a family to have a proper meal per day. My spouse is goes to the gold mines every week but he earns very little from there. As a result, my children are not in school like their other friends. "
