How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I feel good as my family is leaving in peace and hope for a great future. I also now own a business as a means of generating income. This would be impossible if I had not recieved transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion givedirectly has done well by pulling us out of the poverty that was bitting hard on us. However, givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy a cow such that it can be like be an investment. I can sell in case of emergency and then improving feeding(milk). I then used part of ny swcond transfer on investing in my existing restaurant business. By stocking food staffs

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my dialy life is that, I now have a restaurant business that is generating daily income to meet household needs.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer, I felt happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I used 1,000,000ugx for starting a restaurant business. I paid a debt of 200,000ugx which I had borrowed to facilitate my movement and paying tuition. The balance of the transfer, I bought beddings worth 200,000ugx, utesils costed 30,000ugx and the rest worth 270,000uhx was spent on feeding an clothes for the children.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is inadequancy of money to invest in extensive farming.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Morning time is my happiest part of the day.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means investing in agriculture. This money will help my family own additional land for farming.
