What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying 2 steel doors and 4 steel windows and window panes which amounted to more than half my transfer. I had the windows and doors fixed to my new house and it looks very nice that people can't take off their eyes from my it as they pass by.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Receiving the transfers has made it possible for my family to have a more spacious house. My children are able to stay in school without any interference thanks to the transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GIvedirectly has done well in following through with their promises. I do not know of anything they did not do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought 32 iron sheets for building the house, I also bought 2 still door and 4 windows. However, my children were lacking enough clothing which I bought and the rest money went on food.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My old house was almost collapsing and every time the wind blow I was stress up imagining how I can stay with children in a house without roof. but through transfer have been able stay positive and free from stress.

I'm planning to spend my transfer on building a new house since the current one is very old and has cracks all over,secondly I will use part of it to pay school fees for my children and lastly revive my small business of selling polythene bags which had stalled due to lack of capital.

My proudest achievement was when I bought two cows years back after saving money from the casual jobs around.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is on making ends meet,I have a total of eight children including grandchildren from my late son.I have no proper source of income hence finding it hard to support this big family.

My happiest part of the day is normally in the morning when I'm attending to my vegetables farm.l grow kales mostly and can sell some to get some income.
