How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My plan was to build my house and to send my children to school. my children was in school but I never had enough money to pay their school fees.for that reason they never use to end the school year.My husband and I was farming just to support my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly did well by making me build my house and to send my children to school. Right now my life has totally change.I am about to sleep in my own house.

Initially, I had planned to build my house but due to financial constraints I was unable to do so. However, when I receive my transfer from GiveDirectly, I was very much excited. I decided to build a new house of my own. I am also planning on opening my shop and sending my children to school.

In my opinion, GiveDirectly has been very fair in choosing qualified households to benefit from this program. This organization have changed the life of my family. I'm privileged to be one of those that is benefiting from this program. For me GiveDirectly is doing everything well.

My greatest goaIs are to send my children to school and also build a new house. Hence, when I receive my my transfer, I bought my children school materials and paid their school fees. I also paid $12,000 to the contractors to start my building project. Moreover, portion of the money was used to buy zinc and food for my home.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the alert from GiveDirectly, I was very much excited. I cried tears of joy because I felt this was all lies.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Before receiving the payment, my family had lived in shame and disgrace because we have ten children with a very little space to accommodate all of them. Our dreams had been to built a decent and spacers house that every one to have a comfortable and better place to live. Since the first transfer hits our phone our long awaited dream is gradually coming to pass. I bought some bundles of zinc and planks for the house project. With this money, I know that my family lives will change for the better.
