What does receiving this money mean to you?
I live in a mud house with thatched roof and when it rains, everything in my room gets wet and spoil. So I will use my transfer to build a new house so that I can relax and sleep without any worries.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past months I have not been happy because my house is leaking and my children are not in school. But when I heard about Givedirectly today, it brought some relief to me because I believe everything will be okay with me and my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am a farmer and I don't produce much to sell and send my children to school. So right now my children are not in school due to my inability to support them financially.
