What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means having enough food for my family. I have been doing piece works in order to support my family . Sometimes my family could sleep on an empty stomach because of lack of food. With the money that I will receive I will buy fertilizer which will be applied in my maize field since nsima is our staple food and am hopefull sleeping on an empty stomach will be history.
What is the happiest part of your day?
One thing that has brought happiness in my life is good health among my family members. Am usually happy because we have not experienced any serious sickness among any family member. We thank God for the good health.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest challenge am facing is shortage of food. Every year I do not harvest enough food mainly maize to sustain my family for the whole year. This has been a challenge because in many cases my family sleeps on an empty stomach, my grand children usually cries alot and that is a burden to me.
