How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I have hope that my child will get the best medical treatment that she needs. Had I not received this transfer my child's medical condition would have deteriorated. My child is now receiving medical attention courtesy of GiveDirectly cash transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well to send me money that has helped me treat my child who is very sick. In my opinion GiveDirectly has only done good deeds for me.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent 800,000 ugx on my child's treatment. I also paid off debts worth 200,000 ugx and bought some food to feed my family. I am keeping the balance of 400,000 ugx to help me in clearing any medical treatment of my sick child.
