How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that my lifestyle has changed in form of feeding, clothing well and sleeping comfortably. Before, this was next to a dream.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done well by uplifting my lifestyle as I before, I was stuck in poverty. However, in my opinion givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying building materials such as bricks, cement, iron sheets, among others and partially to complete construction I also bought some house hold goods and clothing. I am saving some for personal emergencies.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The difference in my life is that i can now access medical attention in case a member in my family falls sick, I can use this funds for treatment to settle bill. I can also buy food in the house which was very hard back then.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
My heart melted with joy and i started praying thanking God for the support and Give Directly as an organization.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent have spent my transfer to buy sand and and bricks for the house construction @820000 ugx and household items @253000 ugx. The remaining 645000 ugx i will use it for the house construction.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I receive this money as promised. I want to build my house then the balance I will buy my cattle for rearing.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Afternoon is my happiest part of the day, because it's time when I have finalized with my garden work.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current biggest hardship is dropping out of school due pregnancy then failing to take care of myself and the baby since the father disappeared.
