Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life is much better because through this cash transfer, I have got where to farm this season without renting. In the past, I rented farm land from other people and who could put me on pressure to harvest my crops when they hadn't matured. In addition, I also purchased an ox. I intend to get into partnership with my father so that we can put our oxen together.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I felt very happy because I was sure of buy an ox and getting where to farm.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my first transfer on purchasing an ox worth UGX 600,000, loaned out 700,000, bought clothes/household goods ( a bed and a mattress) worth UGX 200,000. There is a balance of UGX 200,000 which I plan to spend on transport.
