How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: I was a full time farmer before the coming of givedirectly in my community, it was from the harvest we survived which was difficult. Life has been difficult because of our low budget as a family, surviving was all we taught of as a family but today we are grateful to givedirectly for everything.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: Am will advise the givedirectly family to keep up their trend of work because it is amazing and unique for any organisation. Givedirectly is doing an overly amazing job for we the under privilege people in Liberia, therefore we can not thank you all enough but our God will bless you all at givedirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: I spend the most of my money on purchasing zinc for the construction of my new house. It is because of givedirectly transfer i am having a dream of constructing a new house which would have been impossible because of our financial constraints. All this is possible because of givedirectly transfers which I may say restorated us from our level of poverty.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If God blesses me to benefit from GiveDirecy cash transfer program, I intend to build my house with the transfer. As you can see I live in a house which does not have zinc, bricks and ceiling. I have lived in this thatch house for the past one year and don't have the capacity to change the thatch to zinc. If I qualify for this cash transfer program, the money will be used to change the thatch to zinc and to also build the house with bricks instead of the mart you are seeing around the house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
When my house broke down, I didn't have anywhere to sleep but the town people rally around me and helped me to quickly built a thatch house which I am now staying in currently. This brought joy to me because when I needed them the most, they were there for me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenge I currently faced is that I don't have a good sleeping place. Any time there is a heavy downpours of rain, the water enters my room from the ground and also from the roof. As a result of this, I don't sleep at night any time rain falls. I have been living with this condition for more than one year. I had a better house than this but I was in the house and the sticks got rotten and while sleeping one day, the house felt on me. I had no other option but to build a mart house with thatch to be sleeping in it for the time being.
