How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Unlike before give directly came to our village I had nothing now both my family and I are living a happy life since we bought some of the things that are useful

Givibg us money that changed our lives is what give directly did well because we were able to buy things that we need in our lives

There was alot of things i wanted in my life but i failled to have them because i couldnt afford to buy so after the money reflected in my airtel money account i went in town and buy Food, Clothes, a bicycle, a matress and ironsheet

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
i felt like i was dreaming to be honest i have never received such a huge amount of money in my life and i was very happy
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
my family and I we had few clothes and we could only eat 2 times or some times one time a day but now with GD money were able to eat 3 times and living a happy life

there are a lot of things i wish to have in my life but after i received the first transfer i bought, Maize for food, clothes for evermember in the family, a bicycle to help us with distance travelling and some furniture

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money from Givedirectly means that will be able to achieve some of our goals such building a new decent house because our current house is in bad shape which makes it even more difficult to sleep when it rains.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am mostly happy in the evening after working hours.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband work as a labourer and sometimes he comes home with no any money for food because he hasn't found any jobs. Sometimes i and my husband we do sleep without eating anything because we want to feed the little food we have to our children.
