What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a plot of land in a bid to accumulate my family assets. I also bought cabbage seeds and spraying chemicals as I prepare for growing cabbages.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in a way that the standards of living for my family have improved as seen in the reconditioned house and ease to access basic needs.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly does well to consider the most vulnerable in the community and giving unconditional cash transfers.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building a three bedroom iron roofed house because the one i am sleeping is very old and leaks a lot when it rains
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
the biggest difference in my daily life is being able build such a big house for myself something that i never imagined at all. Even if i have not yet completed it, i am excited that i will be moving out of the old leaking house soon. Thank you Give directly for redeeming me from poverty

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to expand vegetable farming in my farmland to gain more household income ,and also purchase cows for milk production for both sale and home consumption.This will improve my family's health and income
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
When i was a fisherman, i used to earn income from fish business that enabled me to educate my children to some level of Uganda Certificate of Education.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lacking fertilizers to apply in garden.This has affected my crop yields hence leading to low household income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Am always happy during morning hours when am taking breakfast with my wife and children.it makes me get closer to my family and plan for the childrens future since they can be able to tell them their burning needs.
