My life is different than how it would have been because I managed to renovate and add a new room to my rental house. Its previous state was deplorable and this made me lower the rental charges. This was a big loss to me because this was the asset that I relied on for my family's daily bread. Therefore after receiving the money I had to prioritize it by renovating and adding another room. I am now a happy tenant because I even opted to increase the charges and due to that, I have been able to meet my family's needs without straining.
